Ladies’ Coaching/Mornings

We offer Ladies' Morning to all levels, focusing on improving every aspect of your game.

CF Padel Academy coaches will use their vast experience and knowledge of the game to show you tips for technique, tactics and strategy on court. Using your own natural style, they will show you how to achieve your best. Sessions will also improve and develop your on-court stamina, speed, agility and endurance. With a full team of instructors available, the focus is very personal to your game.

During these sessions, the coaches will cover the following areas:
